Penelope Gwen is a freelance makeup artist and online educator with nearly a decade of experience in the beauty industry. she is known for her eclectic style and ability to create a range of innovative looks, from full face glamour and graphic editorial concepts, to radiant, natural looking skin. she is passionate about working with creative teams to produce unique collective visions and feels most inspired while on set, watching her ideas come to life. she is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and currently resides with her long term girlfriend and Cat in their Oxfordshire cottage. Her central location allows her to easily travel across the UK, with short commutes to London, Oxford and Birmingham.
